At one time or other your equipment will fail or indeed may be put out of service by way of a prohibition notice from your insurance company.

• Commentary on potential risks.

• Provide a report to be retained as an asset register.
• Commentary on proposals from contractors. 

We actually enter the lift shafts, pits/traps and motor rooms to gain this information unlike some other consultant organisations offering to provide such reports.
